It is an older property but the roof is well maintained, nowhere in the townhouse does it show signs that the roof needs any kind of repair. We thank you for your interest.

@@Inlandandalucia In the video on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms where the paint and plaster appear to be flaking and there is a stain on the ceiling. It could be just a stain, but it looked like it was an old leak? But as I said if there is no leak, then this is a great deal!!!
